RONALD SANDERS
is a community health worker trained at City College of San Francisco and works to help individuals returning from prison to have a health and safe reintegration into their families and communities. He completed his bachelor's degree in 2009 and is a recent recipient of the Esther B. Holderby Award, in recognition for his outstanding work in the community.
JUANITA ALVARADO
completed her CHW certificate in 2009 and her internship at Transitions Clinic in San Francisco. She has overcome tremendous obstacles in her life, including substance abuse, domestic violence, and incarceration to become an energetic advocate for patients returning from prison. Born and raised in San Francisco, Juanita continually gives back to her community through her compassion and dedication.
TRACY REED-FOSTER
prides herself as a mother, a mentor and an advocate. She is an expert in connecting her clients to community based organizations, helping them ease back into their communities and find a positive path moving forward. She graduated from the City College of San Francisco's Post-Prison Health Worker certificate program and considers herself a life-long learner.
